Honbo Shuzo, founded in the fifth year of the Meiji era (1872), values the distinct characteristics born from the environment, climate, and culture of each region. Starting in Kagoshima Prefecture's Satsuma, the founding location, it operates a locally-rooted alcohol business across Japan, manufacturing and selling a global range of alcoholic categories, including authentic shochu, whiskey, and wine.
 
From Honbo Shuzo's domestic whiskey brand "Mars Whiskey," the blended whiskey "TWIN ALPS" is used. The name "TWIN ALPS" comes from its production at the Mars Komagatake Distillery in Nagano Prefecture, which is surrounded by two ranges of the Alps, the Central and the Southern Alps. It is crafted with high-quality water drawn from 120 meters underground at the foot of the Central Alps' Mount Komagatake. The product, a blend of Honbo Shuzo's craftsmanship and the beautiful nature, is characterized by its smooth taste and rich flavor.
 
The medium-roasted Brazilian coffee has a gentle taste. Initially, the distinctive aroma of Brazilian coffee unfolds, followed by the fragrance and richness of "TWIN ALPS." The woody scent from the barrels and the citrusy acidity create a deep and nuanced flavor.
