The history of Tokachi Wine can be traced back to the natural disasters that occurred in Ikeda Town starting in the 1950s. The town's mayor and other employees at the time took the lead in cultivating grapes that grow naturally in the mountains. Despite facing various difficulties, they continued to make wine and expanded to the present day. Businesses that are strongly supported by the local community return their profits to community development. The project is supported by the town and contributes to the town.

Tokachi brandy has a long history, having been produced in the 1960s following wine. Brandy made in Japan is rare and is a product that attracts a lot of attention.
A northern grape that has a rich acidity and is suitable for making brandy. The Tokachi wine produced from this process is aged for over 10 years to create a delicate and mild taste.
